Nestled in the Surrey Hills between Bocketts Farm Park and Norbury Park our pub bar and restaurant is known for serving real ale craft beer and the best Sunday roast around. The Bell Fetcham is a traditional British pub with a large beer garden perfect for hot summer days.
We have a team of friendly and hard working people who will welcome you in like family and train you in everything you need to be successful in your hospitality career.

The General Manager has 2 wonderfully playful Pembrook Corgis who are always on hand to put a smile on your face after a busy day in the garden.

What we look for in aSupervisor:
As the successful Supervisor you will have a passion to deliverexceptional customer service every time and be able to buildrapport with our customers and our team to continuethe success of our pub. You will be passionate about training our team toensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers and also be a responsible key holder to be able to lead shiftssafely and effectively. You will also be someone who is committed to theircareer in hospitality and we can offer ongoingdevelopment to support you as you grow and succeed with us.
