We are currently looking for a passionate Sales Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Department on a permanent basis with an immediatestart to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five starservice to our guests and each other. As a SalesExecutive your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Deal with all client enquiriesensuring clients receive relevant quotes and proposal within 4 hours of enquiryreceived. All high value of pieces of business are noted to Events RevenueDirector.
Ensure Delphi is accurate at alltimes to include the events diary reflecting the current and futureavailability and status of all also record all enquiries including turndowns and to track clientcorrespondence conversations and chase calls to clients.
To conduct showrounds of RoyalLancaster London to prospective clients inviting key members of the team toassist in converting the with social events fam trips or special events on behalf ofRoyal Lancaster London.
To role model all procedures setwithin department ie. BDRC criteria set for enquiry taking.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a shift rota.
