Duty Manager
$77100 Super
- Monday - Friday
- Shifts: 2:00am to 10:00am

The Position
- Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge operations during your shift for a prestigious five-star airline globally recognized for its luxury and excellence in service.
- Take ownership of service delivery standards within the lounge ensuring all guest experiences align with the high expectations of the premium brand we proudly represent.
- Report directly to the Assistant Lounge Manager assisting with key responsibilities such as staff rostering team training and participating in the recruitment and interviewing of potential new team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our airline clients working collaboratively to ensure smooth operations and a consistently high standard of service.
