We arenot a traditional Data Engineering team. We are aSoftware Development teamthat buildsinternal services and toolsfor Data Engineers and other Software Development teams.

- Services for data ingestionat a massive scale
- Data operations servicesin a Mesh architecture
- Tools to empower other teamsto build reliable cost-effective and performant data pipelines
By working at the intersection ofSoftware Engineering Data Engineering and DevOps we design build and operate core services that power AppsFlyers data ecosystem.
What youll do:
- Collaborate on thearchitecture and evolutionof our Data Mesh platform
- Design and buildrobust high-quality and scalable services
- Optimizestorage and computationto reduce latency and cost
- Own services end-to-end: from design and coding to deployment monitoring and scaling
- Designsecure & compliantdata storage from day one
- Contribute to ETL/reporting asshowcase examplesfor other engineering teams
- Continuously improve automation observability and infrastructure reliability
What You Bring:
- 3 yearsof backend/data engineering experience
- Strong development skills inJVM-based languages(Java Scala Kotlin etc.)
- Solid understanding ofconcurrency and distributed computing
- Familiarity withSQLandETLs over distributed computation frameworks
- Solid understanding ofcloud environment services (AWS/GCP/Azure etc) -operating and interconnecting.
- Awareness ofCI/CD practices cloudinfrastructure provisioning andnetwork fundamentals
- Strong desire tolearn and grow with the team
Soft Skills:
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Ability towork independently take ownership and drive tasks to completion
- Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability tocollaborate across different geographies
- Curiosity adaptability and willingness toexplore new technologies
