Job Description

Your role: The Tenant Services Coordinator role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of tenant engagement ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships within a dynamic environment. Youll be joining a collaborative and supportive team reporting directly to the Property Manager where your contributions will make a real impact. This role combines organisational skills with people-focused interactions perfect for someone who thrives on variety and teamwork.

Day to day you will:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants addressing queries and resolving issues promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and manage tenant services including maintenance requests building operations and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Support the Property Manager in implementing initiatives to enhance tenant experience and building operations.

  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.

  • Ability to problem-solve and handle issues calmly and effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent administration and project coordination skills

  • Proficiency in using office software and systems to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects
