Job Summary
Job Title: Locum Anesthesiologist
Join a dynamic healthcare team in Troy New York where an opportunity awaits for an experienced Anesthesiologist to provide high-quality patient care. This hospital-based practice features 8 operating rooms and a diverse case mix including orthopedic urology and endoscopic procedures. Youll work with a supportive staff including CRNAs and use the Epic EMR system. The facility is committed to offering comprehensive support including reimbursement for travel costs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures.
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs during anesthesia administration.
- Perform spinal epidural and regional anesthesia procedures.
- Engage with adult and pediatric patients for dental/eye surgeries.
- Participate in night and weekend on-call coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology - REQUIRED
- Active New York State Medical License (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Current certifications in BLS ACLS and PALS - REQUIRED
- Minimum of $25K permanent cap - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- Active New York State Medical License
- Board Certification in Anesthesiology
- Current certifications: BLS ACLS and PALS
