The Role
Were looking for a QA Automation Engineer who thrives in complex environments and has the technical chops to ensure quality at scale. This isnt a check-the-box testing rolethis is about building automation frameworks breaking things in smart ways and guaranteeing excellence before products reach the client.
The ideal candidate has a consulting or start-up background knows how to work independently with minimal direction and has 5 years of QA automation experience in fast-paced software environments.
What Youll Do
- Design develop and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and API applications.
- Write execute and refine automated test scripts to validate functionality performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers engineers and clients to ensure quality is baked into every step.
- Identify bugs track defects and champion solutions with engineering teams.
- Balance speed with precisiondelivering thorough testing without slowing down delivery.
- Act as the final gatekeeper of quality before products reach our clients.
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation (Selenium Cypress Playwright or similar).
- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript Python Java or similar).
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and how automated testing fits in.
- Ability to create test strategies for complex multi-system environments.
- Experience in consulting or fast-moving start-up environments preferred.
- Action-oriented mindsetyou dont just find problems you help solve them.
- Bonus points if youve worked with performance/load testing tools or have DevOps exposure.
