JOB TITLE: Operations Support Analyst Intermediate

CLEARANCE: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

REPORTS TO: SABG Program Manager
FLSA STATUS: Part-Time Exempt
SUMMARY: SABG is hiring an Operations Support Analyst Intermediate to support Warfighter Operational Integration work with the Missile Defense Agency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position. Ideal candidates will have experience in the management and program analysis field relating to: military operational concepts/capabilities; integration and fielding of complex weapon systems; conducting strategic high-level coordination activities; deliberate planning; test support; logistics and sustainment; requirements and operational document development; problem solving and working independently. Individual will work in coordination with the Joint Staff and Combatant Commands to respond to taskers and support senior level engagements. Regular tasking also includes consolidating packages for senior leadership review and approval.
SUPERVISION: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Has specialized relevant knowledge and works as a member of the team and assists with solving complex problems. Advanced level working knowledge skills and abilities using Microsoft Office. To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge skill and ability required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree or higher
4 years experience must be in the missile defense industry
7 years experience in coordinating with Joint Staff Services and Combatant Commands
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Skills in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing spreadsheets and database (MS Office: Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to apply concepts such as fractions percentages ratios and proportions to practical situations.
REASONING ABILITY: Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based on that data.
