Description

Overview:

As a Crew Desk Representative you will be responsible for day-to-day communication with our associates as well as data entry and other operational tasks.

Location: Asheboro NC

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist with creating and maintaining payroll and DLA reports
  • Submit weekly invoices
  • Follow-up with associates regarding training and CBI results
  • Follow-up with new hires regarding orientation and Stafftrack usage
  • Assist with the coordination of associate engagement programs safety topics surveys and bulletin boards

Experience

  • High School diploma or GED at least 6 months of related experience
  • Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel Outlook PowerPoint and Word
  • Communications skills both oral and written
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Salary Range:$16.42 - $20.53 per hour depending on experience and geographic location.
Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
