Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibility Level:
We are looking for a Senior Network Cloud Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced cloud networking solutions. This role is pivotal in driving our hybrid and multi-cloud strategies ensuring secure scalable and high-performance connectivity across global environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Architect and implement cloud-native and hybrid network infrastructures across AWS Azure and/or GCP.
- Lead the design of secure resilient and high-availability network topologies.
- Define and enforce cloud networking standards governance and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with security DevOps and application teams to align network architecture with business goals.
- Evaluate and integrate SD-WAN VPN Direct Connect ExpressRoute and other connectivity solutions.
- Drive network observability performance tuning and incident response strategies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across projects.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent technical competency.
- Experience deploying Fortinet FW and F5 Devices in AWS/Azure/21Vnet environments.
- Applicant needs to have professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- 8 years of experience in network engineering with 3 years in cloud network architecture including related documentation.
- Deep expertise in routing switching firewalls DNS and load balancing.
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud networking services (e.g. AWS Transit Gateway Azure Virtual WAN).
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform Ansible CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architectures and network segmentation strategies
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking Specialty
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
