JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr Controller to play a key role in our accounting operations for the Engines division. This position is responsible for overseeing All accounting and FP&A activities for the Engines division consisting of several PAG business units ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls. The ideal candidate will lead accounting and FP&A operations for all divisions within the engines group including month-end and year-end close processes conduct financial reviews and drive continuous improvements in accounting policies and procedures. This role requires strong leadership analytical skills and the ability to optimize financial processes while ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marginal Job Functions:
Complete ownership and accountability to accounting within the engines division.
Support VP of FP&A and site leadership for engines division on subjects such as:

Education/Training: Masters and CPA preferred
