Were hiring someone to build the performance marketing engine that fuels Americas next wave of defense innovation.
This VC-backed stealth startup helps mission-critical defense suppliers find and win the right government contracts faster than ever before. Their platform is already powering some of the most important AI robotics and tactical tech companies in the U.S. defense ecosystem.
This isnt a typical growth role - and its not a marketing gig. Its a full-stack first-of-its-kind builder position with direct impact from day one.
What Youll Own
- Build theentire growth enginefrom scratch - paid organic ABM SEO content
- Run demand gen for a market that doesnt read TechCrunch
- Develop campaigns that reach decision-makers in GovTech defense and procurement
- Set up attribution measurement and tooling that scales
- Partner directly with product sales and founders to define strategy
- Test non-obvious channels and messaging (forums events industry-specific pubs)
Who This Role Is Built For
- Youre not trying to scale a playbook. You want tobuild it. From zero.
- 3-8 years experience in B2B growth demand gen or product marketing
- Proven track record acrosspaid SEO ABM and pipeline generation
- Youve built for hard-to-crack audiences (cybersecurity AI infra gov etc.)
- Youre comfortable running solo or as the founding marketer
- Deeply curious - especially about frontier tech defense or public sector
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity pressure and speed
