Job Role:

We are looking for dedicated passionate Male Support Workers to join our bank team. You will support individuals with learning disabilities with all aspects of daily living from personal care to supporting them in leisure education and social activities.

Our Support Workers enable our customers to express their rights choices and aspirations whilst ensuring the highest standard of care is maintained in accordance with Outlook Cares policies procedures and CQC Fundamental Standards.

Outlook Cares Supported Living Services in Barking & Dagenham cater for people with learning disabilities physical disabilities challenging behaviour and autism. Some services are for people with complex needs and need support with all aspects of their daily living.

Each service supports between five and eight people. All provide 24-hour care offering personalised support. All services are within close proximity to transport links and local shops.
