Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Long Term Care
Location: Gettysburg PA
Shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25/Hourly
Job Type: Full-time Contract (13 weeks with possible extension)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Long-Term Care team in Gettysburg PA. The CNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff ensuring the comfort dignity and safety of residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming feeding and mobility.

• Provide support with toileting and personal hygiene.

• Take and record vital signs weight and other health measurements.

• Observe and report changes in residents condition to the nurse on duty.

• Assist in maintaining a clean safe and comfortable environment.

• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality resident care.

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania CNA certification.

• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Strong communication teamwork and patient care skills.

• Compassionate reliable and able to adapt to resident needs.
