Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Tester with strong DevOps skills to join our DevSecOps team. This role involves designing and executing performance tests integrating them into CI/CD pipelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-performing scalable and reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Testing:
Design and execute performance test plans for web and API-based applications.
Develop and maintain test scripts using tools like JMeter LoadRunner
Conduct load stress endurance and spike testing.
Analyze performance test results and identify bottlenecks.
Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations.
DevOps Integration:
Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Collaborate with DevOps engineers to automate test execution and reporting.
Monitor system performance using tools like Grafana Prometheus Dynatrace AppDynamics or New Relic.
Work with containerized environments (Docker Kubernetes) for scalable test execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or related field.
5 years of experience in performance testing and DevOps practices.
Proficiency in performance testing tools and scripting languages (e.g. Python Groovy Shell).
Experience with CI/CD tools and cloud platforms (AzureAWS).
Familiarity with container orchestration and infrastructure as code.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in performance testing DevOps or cloud technologies.
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to security and reliability testing
