Job Description
- At least 8 years of experience in D365 FO/AX 2012 implementation and support projects
- Expert on following D365 FO Modules with Hand-on knowledge: Sales & Marketing Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Product Information Management Master Planning
- Serve as the functional SME and single point of contact for all SCM related tickets.
- Oversee incident management and service requests to ensure timely and efficient support delivery.
- Triage issues with business users.
- Provide leadership mentorship and direction to the offshore based junior functional consultants ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals
- Collaborate with D365 technical team Client IT team and integrating applications teams to ensure timely closure of issues.
- Identify and mitigate risks in support operations ensuring quick resolution of critical issues
- Monitor support performance metrics analyze trends and implement strategies for operational excellence
