**Need this person to be an expert in OTL and be able to come in and hit the ground running** Title: Oracle HCM Product Analyst The Oracle HCM Product Analyst will provide functional consulting with a robust understanding of the technical aspects of the Oracle ERP application and will be responsible for requirements and solution reviews process workflows testing and the management of cutover and change initiatives specifically within the Oracle HCM modules including HCM Core Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Payroll.
Required Skills : Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements related to HCM Timesheet Processing Time and Labor and Payroll. Solution Reviews: Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. Process Workflows: Design and implement process workflows that enhance operational efficiency focusing on HCM processes Timesheet Processing and Payroll functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and optimize existing workflows. Testing and Validation: Develop comprehensive testing strategies including test cases and scenarios to ensure effective validation of HCM Timesheet Processing Time and Labor and Payroll functionalities. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions ensuring all functional requirements are met prior to go-live. Cutover and Change Management: Plan and execute cutover activities to transition from legacy systems to Oracle ERP ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Support change management initiatives including training and communication strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
