Pediatrix is seeking an additional Neonatologist to join our outstanding group of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners at our Macon Georgia practice. New Childrens Hospital 2019 -- Level-III NICU and a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence!
Job Description:
- Atrium Health Navicent Beverly Knight Olson Children s Hospital located in Macon Georgia is the only dedicated pediatric hospital in central and south Georgia.
- 26 weeks per year - one week on one week off. Daily rounding with on call from home every other night.
- Our practice consists of a 66-bed state-of-the-art Level-III NICU
- Services provided include: high-frequency ventilation nitric oxide and a brain cooling
- Readily available subspecialty support
- Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs
- Clinical appointment to Mercer Medical School
- Atrium Health Navicent is a designated Level-I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia
- Opened new 50000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit: Beverly Knight Olson Children s Hospital in the first quarter of 2019: Childrens Hospital Atrium Health Navicent Macon GA ()
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates

- Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
- GA license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B (note in Additional Submission Details field) - REQUIRED
- DEA (must be obtained prior to start) - (note in Additional Submission Details field) REQUIRED * no exemptions
