Job Description
Job Role: Regional Operations Executive
Location: GurgaonHaryana
Shift: Day shift

Role Description: This role is for an MIS (Management Information System) professional. It requires a combination of MIS analytical and interpersonal skills. Key areas include proficiency in data analysis problem-solving good communication and MIS project management along with a solid understanding of data management and strong MIS handling exposure from internal team Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel with efficiency in understanding of data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Scheme Management: Plan execute and analyze sales schemes across channel i.e Modern Retail Ecom CSD and Gifting Channel
Pricing Management : Raising Prices for the channel for all customers for special channel
Processing & Reconciliation: Manage claims and ensure accurate reconciliations.
Store Visibility: Implement strategies to boost brand presence at retail outlets. Execute the visibility in stores
Promoter Program: Monitor promoter performance and manage the promoter program
Team & Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams and channel partners through engagement activities FTS etc
KEY SKILLS:
Strong knowledge on MS Office Excel and Report preparations Generate timely and accurate reports for analysis.
Graduate with good proficiency in Excel.
People management skills Analytical & problem solving
Good Communication Skills
