We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This role requires a strong understanding of modern trade and a proven track record of success in managing key accounts. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and market share within key accounts.
Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective account management.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
PGDM or equivalent qualification.
8-15 years of experience in key account management within modern trade.
Proven track record of success in managing and growing key accounts.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
