Title: Sr. Electrical Test Engineer
Duration: 6 Months (Temp. to Perm.)

Job Description
Day to Day Responsibilities
Collaborate with Systems Hardware and Firmware engineers to define product requirements and use cases.
Lead and execute verification strategies for major programs.
Design and implement cost-effective test methods for electro-mechanical systems.
Create and maintain verification documentation including test plans protocols and reports.
Analyze test results using statistical techniques (ex. t-test ANOVA tolerance intervals) document findings accurately and provide improvement recommendations.
Seek opportunities to improve processes tasks test equipment and methods such as elimination of non-value-added activities or automation of tedious tasks and tests.
Develop and implement test methods for electrical systems including simulating actual product use conditions.
Design fabricate and troubleshoot test fixtures and equipment.
Execute test protocols and document results.
What makes you successful:
You have Electrical Engineer degree
Experience with EMC (IECIEC) Radio Wireless Coexistence Testing and EMC methods
Knowledge of at least 1 scripting / high level programming language (ex. python C#)
Capability to interpret regulatory framework and standards and apply them to product design and processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You are a self-driven technical person with strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated capability to positively influence technical decisions considering both short-term and long-term impacts.
Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Experience in regulated environment
3. Experience with EMC (IECIEC) Radio Wireless Coexistence Testing and EMC methods

Education Requirements: BS EE
