What Youll Do
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with customers becoming their go to fraud prevention expert.
- Monitor and manage customer communications across multiple channels to provide timely and effective solutions.
- Serve as a technical and strategic advisor offering in depth fraud analysis industry best practices and actionable recommendations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Create and optimize fraud detection rules and strategies leveraging your analytical skills to tackle emerging fraud trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve complex cases.
- Support customer onboarding by overseeing technical configurations and ensuring smooth implementations.
- Lead training sessions for new team members and contribute to strategic internal projects.
- Provide proactive feedback to improve processes products and customer outcomes.
- Uphold service excellence by meeting SLAs and delivering measurable value to every customer.
What Youll Bring
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- A proven track record of at least 3 years in Fraud AML Cybercrime or Risk Management.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities with an aptitude for pattern recognition and fraud trend analysis.
- Experience with cloud based software APIs and tools like Slack Postman Jira and service desk ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with SQL or Python (a plus).
- A team first mindset with a drive to learn share knowledge and improve continuously.
