DescriptionAs the Manager of the Federal Subcontract Administrator you will manage a team of Federal Subcontract Administrators as a working manager with responsibilities for:
- Managing internal requests for proposal (RFP) to subcontractors overseeing the subcontractor bidding review and award processes ensuring that all procedures and selected third parties meet federal procurement regulations and guidelines.
- Review and analyze terms and conditions to ensure favorability to Oracle and minimize operational financial and legal risk.
- Develop negotiate and administer subcontracts and other related third-party agreements including appropriate reviews and approvals with technical operational financial or legal stakeholders and experts to support federal client contracts.
- Monitor the performance of subcontractors against contractual commitments and service level agreements provide performance feedback to internal and external stakeholders and escalate ongoing performance concerns to internal and external leadership as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve contractual disputes. You will participate in project or program planning activities as needed representing third party procurements and subcontracting processes.
- Advise stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and provide interpretation of terms and conditions and other contractual elements.
- Seeking to understand disagreements both internally and externally with subcontractors ensure all perspectives are heard and facilitate a plan for resolution.
- Manage internal workflow processes to drive to conclusion and provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome roadblocks. Identify appropriate internal associates and team priorities based on business direction and adjust when needed.

ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications:
- 5 years relevant experience
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience
- Experience in federal contracts with federal acquisition regulation knowledge

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
