We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Dietitian to join our clients team in Wigan covering a diabetes caseload. This is an excellent opportunity to support patients in managing their condition through tailored nutritional advice and intervention.
The role offers flexibility with part-time hours and the potential for remote working making it ideal for candidates seeking a balanced schedule while delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for assessing and managing patients with diabetes providing evidence-based dietary advice and developing individualised care plans. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to support patient education and long-term condition management while maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to service development.
