Are you a family solicitor who thrives in a collaborative close-knit team but wants exposure to high-quality high-net-worth family work and the opportunity to build your own reputation in the market
This is your chance to join one of Cheshires most established boutique family law firms. Youll take on an existing caseload of divorce and finance matters (typically in the 1.5m range) and assist senior lawyers with more complex HNW matters as you get up to speed. From there youll be supported to grow your own client base and in time move into a supervisory role.
Youll be part of a team where your voice is heard your growth is prioritised and your efforts are recognised including a 20% bonus on billing above target.
Who were looking for
A qualified solicitor with experience managing your own family caseload
Strong divorce and financial remedy experience; private children work is a bonus
Able to work independently and under pressure
Comfortable getting involved in BD networking and blogging
A natural team player who thrives in a friendly non-corporate environment
Down-to-earth and proactive with a commercial mindset
Salary & Benefits
depending on experience
20% bonus on fees over target
Hybrid working (3 days in-office 2 from home once probation is passed)
Part-time considered (3 or 4 days per week)
