Job Description
We are proud of our collection of Bistrots and Bistrot Pierre is more than just a chain of restaurants. We also have traditional English pubs adjoining two of our sites; Ilkley & Stratford servingreal ales many wines bytheglassand tasty home cooked food.

Do you....
- Have a passion for deliveringhigh standards
- Have strong pub or bar supervisory experience
- Enjoy motivating your team to achieve great results
- Have the ability to lead from the front and manage a shift
- Have a genuine kindness and concern for your team and your customers
- Enjoy the buzz and energy of working in a busy pub/bar
- Have experience of organising social events such as a pub quiz a sports evening etc
- Perform consistently well even under pressure
- Want to learn grow and develop
