About the role:

The ideal candidate:
- 510 years PAE in commercial/corporate law ideally with top-tier or respected boutique experience
- Solid background in M&A structuring and general commercial matters
- Strong drafting negotiation and client-facing skills
- Excellent organisation and ability to manage matters autonomously
- A genuine interest in the entertainment creative or cultural sectors
- Experience in entertainment or IP law is valued but not essential
