Job Description:
This position is a key role within the company functioning much like an in-house coordinator. This is a full-time Monday to Friday role from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM based in Tacoma WA. The position offers a few flexible time options and comes with free parking.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to employee questions about coverage billing and eligibilityoffering clarity empathy and follow-through.
- Process enrollments terminations and benefit changes accurately and on timekeeping things smooth during moments of transition.
- Support groups with the necessary paperwork to set up or continue their benefit plans ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to troubleshoot and resolve real-world issues impacting employees and their families.
- Keep Salesforce and internal systems updated with clean accurate records so everyone has what they need when they need it.
- Help complete compliance forms and documentation to support ongoing plan administration.
Qualifications:
- 12 years in employee benefits insurance healthcare or HR.
- Life and Health License (or willingness to obtain one within 60 dayswell help).
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools preferred.
- Ability to work extended hours during peak season (October to February).
