Position Overview:
The Podiatrist will provide foot health assessments treatments and preventive care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (D.P.M.)
- Licensure: Active NYS Podiatry License
- Experience:SNF/geriatric podiatry (preferred)
- Technical Skills:
- Diabetic foot ulcer management
- Orthotic and footwear recommendation
- Soft Skills: Interdisciplinary coordination patient education
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat foot conditions and infections.
- Provide orthotic and footwear recommendations.
- Collaborate with physicians for complex cases.
- Provide two annual in-service trainings.
