Job Description
Position: CFP Financial Advisor Private Wealth Firm
Work Schedule: Hybrid Louisville KY or Surrounding Markets U.S. Candidates Only
Work Type: Full-Time
Our client is a fast-growing fiduciary wealth management firm on track to reach $1B AUM by 2030. They partner with affluent households delivering clarity integrity and personalized financial planning. With 50% annual growth and strategic advisor succession plans were building one of the most dynamic firms in the industry. The successful candidate will receive paid training licensing and development and will have a clear path to the top 10% advisor earnings within five years.
Please note that this is a full-time hybrid role which requires occasional travel. Successful background and credit checks must be completed on the selected candidates prior to their start dates.

Responsibilities:
- Support and manage client relationships
- Deliver financial planning retirement modeling and investment advice
- Participate in business development and succession strategies
- Grow into a lead advisor role quickly
Requirements:
- CFP exam passed (or CFP certified)
- 13 years of financial services experience
- Series 7 & 66 licensed
- Strong communicator tech-savvy and passionate about helping clients
- Located in or willing to relocate to Louisville KY (or nearby markets)
