Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Research design and execute customized travel itineraries tailored to your clients needs.
Review client preferences budgets and travel goals to create personalized trip plans.
Book a variety of travel arrangements including flights hotels car rentals cruises tours events and more.
Communicate effectively with clients before during and after their trips to ensure a seamless experience.
Address and resolve any client issues that arise throughout the travel process.
Participate in ongoing training to earn certifications and stay updated on travel industry trends.
Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations and travel types.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable internet access and a computer (or smartphone).
Background in hospitality customer service or sales is a plus (but not required).
Personal travel experience is a bonus (not mandatory).
