Work Environment:Active dynamic classroom and school environment with varying noise levels and frequent interactions. This is not a remote positionall Kairos teachers deliver instruction in-person and onsite at our St. Louis campus. Qualifications:- Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred
- Valid Missouri Substitute Certification (required)
- Valid Missouri Teacher Certification is strongly preferred or willing to obtain promptly
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience is preferred
- Successful completion of criminal records check annually
- Eligible to work in the United States
Teacher First Compensation Model:Kairos Academies offer transparent competitive compensation based on clear evaluation criteria across three categories: Administrative Qualifications Instructional Quality and Professional Record of Results. Work Schedule & Location:In-person role at Kairos Academies (St. Louis MO 63118). Monday Friday: 7:30 am 5:00 pm (School Leaders select teacher times between this window). Participation in select evening/weekend school-community events is expected.
