Salary: USD 6000-7000 Commission
We are seeking a senior-level Fundraising & Capital Formation Executive (VP Level or above) to lead capital-raising efforts for a portfolio of high-value real estate development projects in Cambodia. This role will be responsible for securing investment from a global network of institutional investors family offices and high-net-worth individuals guiding them from initial contact through to final commitment. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving portfolio growth expanding investor networks and delivering on fundraising targets.
Fundraising Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement a targeted capital-raising strategy for ongoing and upcoming real estate funds and development projects.
Achieve and exceed agreed capital-raising targets by tapping into global investor markets.
Investor Prospecting & Pipeline Management
Identify qualify and engage prospective Limited Partners (LPs) including institutional investors pension funds endowments family offices and UHNWIs.
Maintain an organised and up-to-date investor pipeline using CRM tools.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term investor relationships acting as the primary point of contact for existing and potential investors.
Ensure high levels of investor satisfaction through clear communication and tailored engagement.
Marketing & Pitching
Create and refine marketing materials such as pitch decks PPMs DDQs and financial models.
Lead investment presentations to effectively communicate the firms investment strategy and highlight opportunities in Cambodian real estate.
Due Diligence & Deal Closing
Oversee the investor due diligence process providing documentation and addressing inquiries.
Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalise investment commitments.
Market Intelligence
Monitor global investment trends macroeconomic factors and real estate market developments to position offerings competitively.
Provide investor feedback to senior management to shape future products.
Reporting & Communication
Deliver regular updates on fundraising progress investor pipeline status and market insights to the leadership team.
Experience & Background
57 years in capital raising investor relations or business development within the financial or investment sector.
Strong preference for candidates with an investment banking background particularly in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Debt Capital Markets (DCM) or industry coverage roles engaging institutional clients.
Proven track record in fundraising for private equity real estate or alternative investment funds with demonstrable success in securing commitments from LPs.
Investor Network
Active relationships with institutional investors family offices and/or UHNWIs are a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities with the ability to present complex real estate investment structures clearly.
Exceptional presentation negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
