Work setup: 100% onsite (Alabang Muntinlupa)
Schedule: Fixed 6:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday to Friday with OT as needed

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit statements for review and compliance with Australian tax regulations.
- Utilize billing and financial management tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts using Xero.
- Assist with general bookkeeping duties including payroll support and expense tracking.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Australian financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Aged Receivables & Collections: Pursue overdue invoices via calls and emails to secure
timely payment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role previously with an Australian based companies
- Experience preparing BAS statements in accordance with Australian tax requirements
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Familiarity with Datagate or similar Telco/Utility billing platforms
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word)
