Aftersales Advisor
Up to 32200

Our Clients are hiring for an Aftersales Advisor to join a busy franchise dealership where customer experience genuinely matters not just lip service. If youve worked in a dealership or independent garage before and enjoy being the link between the workshop and the customer this could be a great fit.

About the Role

This is a front-of-house role with real variety. Youll be the first point of contact for service customers booking vehicles in keeping them updated and making sure everything runs smoothly from drop-off to collection. Youll work closely with technicians and workshop control to manage job progress and ensure customers feel looked after throughout the process. Accuracy pace and good communication will be key but youll have a solid team around you and support when needed.

About the Client

The site is part of a well-known automotive group with several brands under its roof. While the group itself has scale Its a well-equipped dealership with their branches known for looking after both customers and staff. The setup is professional and your input will be valued.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6:00pm
Saturdays alternate on a rota basis

Key Duties

  • Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload

  • Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service from drop off to vehicle handover.

  • Providing updates and explanations to customers

  • Managing invoicing and payment process

  • Offering additional services where appropriate (tyres service plans etc.)

  • Handling queries complaints and follow-up communications professionally

Key Requirements

  • Previous experience in a service advisor/aftersales role (franchise or independent)

  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment

  • Strong customer service and admin skills

  • A good understanding of basic vehicle maintenance/repairs

  • Full UK driving licence
