About the Role:
We are seeking a talented Ruby Developer to design develop and maintain web applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills experience with web frameworks and the ability to deliver high-quality scalable and secure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop test and maintain web applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Collaborate with frontend developers designers and product managers to implement functional and visually appealing features.

Write clean efficient and maintainable code following industry best practices.

Integrate applications with databases APIs and third-party services.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize application performance.

Participate in code reviews testing and documentation to ensure software quality.

Stay updated with emerging Ruby frameworks libraries and web development best practices.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

Strong programming skills in Ruby and experience with Ruby on Rails framework.

Experience with relational databases (MySQL PostgreSQL) and SQL.

Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.

Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and version control systems (e.g. Git).

Strong problem-solving analytical and debugging skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and deployment best practices.

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React Angular ) for full-stack development.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
