In this pivotal role you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking business travelers providing expert guidance and support during the crucial late-night and early-morning hours. Your key responsibility will be to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction efficiently manage travel bookings and unexpected issues and maintain the high standards of service associated with our esteemed clients brand. This is a fully on-site position which fosters strong team collaboration and a dynamic office environment ensuring you have the support you need even during the night shifts.

What Youll Do

  • Travel Consultation & Booking: Provide professional courteous and efficient travel consultation to German-speaking business travelers via inbound phone calls and emails. You will assist customers with a wide range of inquiries including flight bookings hotel reservations car rentals and complex itinerary management. You will research and recommend suitable travel options based on customer preferences budgets and specific travel policies.
  • Customer Service & Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints concerns and travel-related issues with empathy patience and a strong solution-oriented approach. You will provide real-time assistance for urgent situations such as re-bookings due to delays or cancellations lost luggage or emergency support during a trip. You will also offer accurate and comprehensive information on travel policies visa requirements and other essential travel regulations.
  • Operational Excellence: Process bookings modifications and cancellations accurately and efficiently using various booking systems and tools. You will meticulously document all customer interactions bookings and resolutions within the CRM system ensuring comprehensive records for future reference and a smooth handover to the day-shift team.
  • Product & Destination Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of various travel products services and destinations. You will stay continuously updated on airline policies hotel chains and global travel advisories to provide accurate and timely information. You will act as a true travel ambassador ensuring every customer interaction reinforces a positive brand image and builds trust.

What Youll Bring

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level or C2 German is an absolute requirement for effective communication and consultation with our German-speaking travelers. You must also have a minimum of B2 proficiency in English for internal communication training and collaboration with your international team.
  • Experience & Skills: Prior experience as a Travel Agent Tour Operator or in a similar customer service role within the travel industry is a valuable asset but it is not a must-have. We will provide comprehensive training to the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude strong communication skills and a genuine eagerness to learn about the travel sector. You must have proven problem-solving abilities strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Mindset: A strong customer-first attitude with genuine empathy and a passion for helping people is essential. You must be able to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced on-site office environment and be comfortable with the specific demands of night shifts.
  • Technical Acumen: You should be tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate various internal systems Global Distribution Systems (GDS) CRM software and communication tools.
  • Location: This is a fully on-site position in Sofia Bulgaria. You must either be currently based in Sofia or be willing to relocate.
