Description
Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Mentorship: Lead mentor and foster the growth of a team of software engineers ensuring the adoption of best practices.
Architectural Vision and Design: Drive technical requirements and lead the solution design process creating detailed technical specifications architecture blueprints and software designs for the FinMio platform.
Problem-Solving and Optimization: Apply strong analytical abilities to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges and lead continuous improvement and enhancement initiatives.
System Integration: Architect and implement seamless integrations between the FinMio platform and various internal and external systems.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the technical quality of all deliverables ensuring strict adherence to coding standards performance benchmarks and security protocols.
Agile Development: Champion and drive Agile development methodologies for efficient and collaborative continuous delivery.
Innovation: Lead exploration into new technologies particularly within the Artificial Intelligence (AI) space to enhance our platforms.
Minimum Requirements:
5 years of experience in software development.
Proficiency in Golang (or an equivalent procedural language like Rust C or Erlang) and Python.
Strong experience with modern web development using JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React Angular or Vue.
Experience with NoSQL/Document databases (e.g. MongoDB DynamoDB CouchDB).
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
Proven technical leadership and team mentorship abilities.
Demonstrated experience with architectural design system integration and complex problem-solving.
