Job Summary

Are you an experienced Mammography Technologist looking to advance your career in a supportive and patient-focused environment We are seeking a Senior Mammography Tech to join our growing radiology team in The Woodlands TX. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working with advanced imaging technology and a collaborative healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality mammography exams in accordance with physician orders and radiology protocols
Ensure patient comfort safety and confidentiality throughout the imaging process
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures
Assist with scheduling and patient flow to optimize department efficiency
Participate in quality assurance reviews and assist in preparing for Joint Commission audits
Mentor and support junior technologists when needed

Qualifications Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Mammography Technologist
Graduate of an accredited school of Mammography Technology
Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT) or temporary license (required)
Registered Radiologic Technologist (ARRT-R) required
Registered Mammography Technologist (ARRT-M) required

Qualifications Preferred

Experience with scheduling and workflow coordination
Background in quality review processes and Joint Commission audit preparation
