Join a nationally licensed engineering team designing and delivering complex high-impact civil site projects for Federal Municipal Commercial Healthcare Retail and Industrial clients. As a Senior Civil Engineer with a multi-state Professional Engineer (PE) license you will lead challenging site development projects mentor talented designers and drive continuous improvement in design processes QA/QC standards and Civil 3D templates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of civil engineering site development projects from scope definition to construction support.
- Prepare proposals cost estimates design calculations technical reports and construction documents.
- Oversee and mentor civil designers and technicians.
- Review and coordinate geotechnical reports site surveys and specifications.
- Represent the company in client meetings city development hearings and project review sessions.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and in compliance with codes and standards.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license multi-state preferred.
- 5 years of civil site design experience.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience preparing proposals cost estimates and design documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits (local regional and national).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in architectural/built environments.
- Knowledge of Federal Facility Criteria Whole Building Design Guide.
- Familiarity with local and federal design codes and trends.
