Job Description

We are seeking a driven Strategic Product Owner to be based in either Poland Spain or the UK joining our Group Digital Sales and Marketing department. Group Digital Sales and Marketing was formed in early 2023 as a merge between Sales and Digital Marketing with a vision of delivering a superior customer experience across all touchpoints by owning the full customer funnel from lead to cash.

You will join an impactful team dedicated to creating digital solutions to support our Marketing Sales and Customer Service functions in ROCKWOOLs global markets.

We are a diverse team of thirty colleagues being eight different nationalities and divided into four smaller specialist teams that focus on improving and building digital channels ensuring outstanding customers interactions. You will be joining a team of three members which focuses on the CRM CPQ and Customer Service platforms at ROCKWOOL. We support more than 1500 users and covering up to 40 different countries 7 brands and 3 different industries within our solutions.

What you will be doing

As a Senior Product Owner (PO) for our PROS CPQ platform and global quoting process you will set the strategic direction and drive continuous improvement across all markets worldwide. Your role will focus on optimizing and automating the end-to-end quote-to-contract workflow working closely with Sales Directors and Managers to deliver impactful enhancements that accelerate pipeline growth and streamline commercial operations. Leveraging your expertise in AI and prompt engineering you will implement intelligent process automation for scalable business results. You will translate business ideas into actionable product initiatives collaborating with stakeholders across regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and prioritize the global product roadmap for PROS CPQ focusing on innovation and efficiency in the quoting and proposal process
  • Partner with sales leadership to create commercial impact through improved revenue operations and sales enablement initiatives
  • utilize AI and prompt engineering techniques to design validate and scale intelligent enhancements that reduce manual effort and increase accuracy
  • Convert strategic business needs into well-defined user stories and requirements for development teams ensuring alignment with global commercial objectives
  • Act as a primary connection between sales technical teams and stakeholders worldwide fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor adoption performance metrics and user feedback to drive ongoing process improvements and capture emerging opportunities data driven mindset
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in CPQ AI-driven automation and digital sales enablement to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading
  • Make clear and actionable plans for the key initiatives

What you bring

  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with proven success in CPQ environments - PROS CPQ experience is considered a plus
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial focus able to drive business growth and efficiency on a global scale
  • Demonstrated strengths in process automation optimization and hands-on AI application - particularly in prompt engineering for commercial processes
  • Highly self-driven proactive and comfortable working independently
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; fluency in English is required and proficiency in other European languages is a plus
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving with a track record of using data to guide decisions and set priorities
  • Masters degree within business IT Industrial Engineering and similar
  • Previous experience in a role as a consultant or advisor is endorsed
