About the role
Our Client is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join their dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Network Engineer you will play a crucial role to lead network project delivery enhance team capabilities and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate has minimal 2 years of network project experiences strong technical skills high responsibility and excellent teamwork abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead planning design and implementation of small to medium-scale network projects
- Configure install and troubleshoot network and security devices (Cisco H3C Sangfor etc)
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance
- Conduct training sessions and document project knowledge for team growth
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior network engineers
- Identify project risks and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies best practices and industry trends
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role within the ICT industry
- Strong expertise in network architecture design and troubleshooting with a deep understanding of protocols routing switching and security
- Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices from leading vendors such as H3C Cisco HUAWEI or Sangfor
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to analyse complex network issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications such as H3CSE CCNP HCIP are highly desirable
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
