BDR - Business Development Representative
ASNOA (Agency Support Network of America) is an Integrated Marketing & Services Organization that supports insurance agents in the transition to and success within the Independent Insurance Channel. The Business Development Representative (BDR) will assist in the cultivation of ASNOA Affiliates through prospecting. You will be required to report to the home offices in Dyer Indiana or Homer Glen upon request however you will be working remotely majority of the time. The BDR will have weekly outgoing contact requirements (Cold Calling) as well as incoming warm-lead nurturing responsibilities. This position is considered an entry-level sales position and prior sales experience is preferred though not mandatory. Prior experience in the insurance industry (especially property & casualty) is also highly valued.
