Job Description

We are looking for an accomplished and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to become an integral part of our team in Tulsa. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals facing behavioral and developmental challenges. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing and implementing effective interventions to enhance clients social and adaptive skills ultimately improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough behavior assessments to identify individual needs and objectives.
  • Design and implement personalized behavior intervention plans grounded in ABA principles.
  • Deliver direct behavior therapy adhering to established protocols and treatment strategies.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including caregivers and educators to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.
  • Analyze data to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers and professionals implementing intervention strategies.
  • Remain informed about the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis and autism treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Board certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis Psychology or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in delivering behavior analysis services.
  • Deep understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and practices.
  • Experience in conducting comprehensive behavior assessments and formulating intervention plans.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
