Job Description

Were looking for someone who will take ownership of IT Asset Management within the company ensuring that our technology resources are effectively tracked maintained and optimized throughout their lifecycle. This role is key to managing costs reducing risks and safeguarding compliance while also supporting the security and integrity of the data entrusted to our systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the IT Asset Management (ITAM) strategy policies standards and procedures.
- Manage tracking and decommissioning of IT assets.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of hardware software licenses.
- Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to optimize asset-related costs and with tech teams to track and optimize resources.
- Conduct audits and generate reports on asset usage status and lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction efficiency improvements and risk mitigation.
- Train and support staff on ITAM processes and tools.
- Implement and manage ITAM tools to automate and streamline asset management activities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT Asset Management or a similar role.
- Proficiency with ITAM tools and related platforms (e.g. Jira Assets ServiceNow ManageEngine etc).
- Strong understanding of IT hardware software and licensing agreements.
- Knowledge of asset lifecycle management and ITIL practices.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance related to IT asset management.
Nice to have:
- Deep experience with cloud-based asset management and SaaS applications (from implementation through day-to-day handling till regular maintenance)
- Familiarity with enterprise-level IT systems and environments.
- Experience working in fintech sphere
