As our Business Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to our Leadership Team showcasing your proactive problem-solving ability and exceptional communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
This opportunity would be suitable for someone with experience as an Executive Assistant or administrative professional with exceptional technology skills who is looking to thrive in a dynamic and growing company.
Based in our Mascot office in Sydney the role may require occasional travel to other locations nationally.
Some of your duties will include:-
- Coordination of executive reports ensuring professional standards and consistency
- Creating and formatting reports presentations and correspondence to a high professional standard with advanced skills in Word Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of PivotTables and Power Query is a desirable
- Representing KINNECT as the first point of contact for clients at our Mascot office
- Administrative support to the Leadership Team and various business departments as approved by the Chief Operating Officer
- Management and creation of communication on behalf of the CEO Leadership Team to internal and external stakeholders
- Meeting agenda preparation distributed in a timely manner and minuting of meetings
- Organising and coordinating corporate functions as directed by the Leadership Team
- Responsible for bookings airfares accommodation and preparation of itineraries for Leadership Team and other key personnel including conference registrations for all staff
- Responsible for overseeing and managing the fleet of company cars
- Coordination of equipment calibration and repairs in a timely manner
- Process and policy document upkeep and creation
- Ad hoc tasks and duties as directed by the Chief Operating Officer
