Are you a dedicated and nurturing individual with a passion for early childhood education We are excited to announce opportunities to join our growing family at Smiling Faces Daycare. As a premier provider of childcare services we are committed to fostering a warm and enriching environment for children to learn play and grow.
Positions Available: Lead Teachers and Assistants
Responsibilities:
Lead Teachers:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Establish strong communication channels with parents and guardians.
- Conduct regular assessments to track childrens developmental progress.
- Create a safe and engaging atmosphere that promotes creativity and exploration.
Assistants:
- Support lead teachers in implementing daily activities.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized classroom.
- Supervise and ensure the well-being of children.
- Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive learning experience.
- Provide positive and nurturing interactions with children.
Requirements:
*All staff is required to complete a background check fingerprint screening and complete state-required training.
Lead Teachers:
- Experience in early childhood education.
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Assistants:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working with young children is a plus.
- Enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to take direction and work collaboratively.
