Join Us as Our Interim Internal Communications Consultant Help Us Launch HiBob!

About La Fosse

Right now were about to roll out HiBob - a game-changing HR and community platform that will transform the way our people connect collaborate and stay informed.

The Role
Were looking for an experienced Internal Communications Consultant to join our People Team on a short-term high-impact basis (around three days a week). Youll work closely with our Head of People to make the HiBob rollout a success from creating excitement in the lead-up to launch to building a thriving internal community that keeps engagement high well beyond go-live.

What Youll Do

  • Craft clear engaging and friendly communications that get everyone on board with HiBob.
  • Bring our existing comms plan to life - and improve it where you see opportunities.
  • Partner with teams across La Fosse to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Apply best-practice change communications to make the transition smooth and positive.
  • Create content people actually want to read (and act on).
  • Champion the HiBob community feature encouraging active participation and keeping the energy high.
  • Gather feedback and adapt the plan to keep improving.



Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience leading internal communications for major system rollouts or organisational change.
  • Skilled in change comms - you know how to inform inspire and involve people.
  • A natural storyteller who can make complex messages clear and engaging.
  • Experience managing and growing engagement on internal communities or social platforms.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders and juggling competing priorities.

Bonus Points For

  • Availability to start soon - were ready to get going!
  • Familiarity with HR systems especially HiBob.
  • A proactive organised and self-starting approach.

The Details

  • Type: Interim
  • Time commitment: Around three days per week
  • Flexibility: Flexible working options available
