Job Description
This position is open with Bajaj Finance book size for LAS vertical in the territory definedCulture Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organizations policiesAct with Integrity
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)-Responsible for developing present location for LAS-Develop and manage the book and deliver Net AUM growth-Enhance customer engagement regularly and provide wow customer experience -Acquire new clients-Drive multi product cross-sell and generate fee income-Risk maintenance for clients-Maintain the required pricing revenue generation zero portfolio delinquency -Identification of clients channel partners 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES(Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job)-5. DECISIONS(Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end)-Which profiles to service- 6. INTERACTIONS(Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job)Internal ClientsRoles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work-Manager -Other product / business teams for cross sell-Operations & Product teams
a)Qualifications-Graduation Preferred: Post-graduation b)Work Experience-2-4 years in relevant industry -Knowledge of LAS industry and business domain is a must -Prior knowledge and experience of sales -Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation skills.-Excellent Team Management & Interpersonal Skills.-Exceptionally high motivational levels and need to be a self - starter.
