The Opportunity

Were seeking a Business Development Specialist - Roadway Infrastructure in Mexico to join Juan Carlos team. This role offers the chance to:

  • Drive business development in Mexico for the infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

You will create and animate a network of clients from the public and private sector and offer the technology of our company. As such you are in charge of:

  • Prospect and generate sales to key accounts of the roadway infrastructure sector.
  • Identify new opportunities and propose cost-effective / renewable alternative solutions that will benefit specially the responsible for operational side of the project.
  • Implement the necessary actions to specify our technology to engineering and architectural offices.
  • Ensure the collection and dissemination of relevant information to your market through bilateral meetings trainings exhibitions and fairs.
  • Promote the Fonroche brand to the key players of your sector.

**Frequent trips are required

What you can bring to us

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Sales experience with roadway infrastructure projects.
  • 5 years of experience in the sales or management of technical-commercial affairs in the energy or public works sectors
  • Direct sales with the key accounts. Experience with bidding process would be a plus.
  • Knowledge in technical specification with engineering and firms
  • Mandatory Spanish English or French required. Portuguese would be a plus.

Additional Information Recruitment and Integration Process :

If selected you will join a simple and quick recruitment process with only four steps:

  1. It begins with a video interview with our Talent Acquisition Nancy.
  2. Then a technical interview with your futur manager: Juan Carlos
  3. A video interview with our LATAM Director: Felipe
  4. A video interview with our HR Director Joris to discuss values as well as cultural fit.

Onboarding for the position will be through our customized internal program. You will be supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages:

  1. Meeting all departments and business areas of the company
  2. Technical discovery of the products and processes
  3. Training tailored to your needs and functions.
